Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply when you use this website, request a free punch list, or hire SA Marketing Solutions ("we", "us") for any of the services described on it. They're written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you commit to anything — we'd rather explain it than argue about it later.
Who we are
SA Marketing Solutions is a marketing agency run by Samyar Aslanbeiki at 5793 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M2M 0A9, Canada. You can reach us at samyarsamarketingsolutions@gmail.com or (647) 546-1390.
The free punch list
When you request a punch list, we review the public pages of the website you give us and send back a short list of specific issues we found. It's free, it's yours to keep, and it creates no obligation on either side. It reflects what your site looked like on the day we checked it and may go out of date if the site changes. It's our honest professional opinion, not a formal audit report, and we can't be responsible for what happens if someone else acts on it.
Paid services
We offer three paid services. The current price and what's included in each is on the pricing section of the homepage:
- Punch-List Fix — a one-time, fixed-scope job: we fix the items on your punch list on your live website.
- Local SEO Plan — a monthly service with a six-month minimum, then month to month.
- Website rebuild — a one-time project, quoted after the free punch list.
Before any paid work starts, we send you a written scope that lists the deliverables, the price, the timeline, and what we need from you. Work starts when you approve that scope in writing (an email reply is fine) and the first payment is made. Anything not in the scope is a separate conversation, and a separate price, before it's done.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added where the law requires it. The Punch-List Fix is paid on delivery. The Local SEO Plan is billed monthly in advance. Website rebuilds are 50% to start and 50% at launch. Invoices are due within 7 days unless the scope says otherwise. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled; we'll tell you before we do.
Timelines and our delivery promise
The Punch-List Fix is delivered within seven business days of receiving working access to your website. If we miss that window for reasons on our side, you don't pay for it. The clock doesn't run while we're waiting on access, content, or approvals from you. Other timelines are stated in your written scope; where a delay is caused by something outside our control (a platform outage, a hosting provider, a third-party tool), the timeline moves by the same amount.
The full amount you paid for a Punch-List Fix is credited toward the Local SEO Plan if you start the plan within 30 days of the fix being delivered.
What we need from you
To do the work, we'll need login access to your website and, on the plan, your Google Business Profile; accurate business details (name, address, phone, hours); and any photos or content the scope calls for. You confirm you have the right to give us that access and to let us use that content. If access or content isn't provided, we'll wait and let you know, and any delivery date moves accordingly.
Term and cancellation
The Local SEO Plan has a six-month minimum term because ranking work needs that long to show. After the sixth month it continues month to month and either of us can end it with 14 days' written notice; there is no auto-renewal into another fixed term and no fee to leave. If you cancel inside the first six months, the remaining months of the minimum term are still payable. A one-time job can be cancelled before work starts for a full refund of anything paid; once work has started, the amount refunded reflects the work not yet done.
No guarantee of rankings or results
We do not promise a search ranking, a number of leads, a number of calls, or any revenue figure, and no one at SA Marketing Solutions is authorised to make that promise. Google decides rankings. What we commit to is the work in your scope, done properly and on time, and a monthly report on the plan that lists exactly what was done. Any example numbers on this website are illustrations, not predictions for your business.
Ownership of the work
Once a job is paid in full, everything we produced for it — the page changes, the copy, the design, the code of a rebuilt site — is yours. Your logins, your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your content always remain yours; we never hold them hostage. We keep the right to reuse our own general methods, templates, and know-how on other projects.
Access, confidentiality, and your data
We treat your logins and business information as confidential, use them only to do the work you hired us for, and don't share them with anyone else. When we finish, you can change any password you gave us and we'd encourage it. How we handle personal information from the contact form is covered in our privacy policy.
Showing our work
We may name you as a client and show the work we did for you in our portfolio and proposals, without revealing anything confidential. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us at any time and we'll stop.
Third-party platforms
Your website and profiles run on platforms we don't control — hosting providers, website builders, Google, review sites, booking tools. Their rules, outages, and changes are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them. We'll work with them as they are and tell you when one of them is the reason something can't be done.
Limitation of liability
We do careful work, and if we make a mistake we'll fix it. Beyond that, our total liability for anything arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the problem. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, or for anything caused by a third-party platform, by changes made by you or someone else to the site after our work, or by information you gave us that turned out to be inaccurate.
This website
The content of this site is general information about our services and may change without notice. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Business details and copyright information are in the legal notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we ever have a dispute we can't settle by talking, it will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when. A change doesn't alter a scope you've already approved; the terms in force when you approved it continue to apply to that job.
